Nice, I do like how many vertical (as in real vertical) objects there are and how the road is perpendicular to them, then how all of them are at an angle. It makes for an interesting look!

Great angle! The cloudy sky and angle of the image, gives it such an ominous feeling. The colors add to it as well, seems like a scene out of thriller movie much like "The Orphanage." Good work

This is good,

I am not sure yet weather or not i like HDR photos, but this one seems to work good here, its not over the top, you have captured some nice colours in the process.

The angle in which you have taken this at it nice, the path going off into the distance is a nice effect.

You said the top half of the photo is out of focus, yes i agree, but it seems to spread over more of the photo then the top.

Apart from this, its a great shot, and it looks really good.
